Every search, document, AI-generated insight, and activity log is automatically tied to your organization. Collectivity uses a sealed-tenant architecture, in which every client organization operates in its own secure, isolated environment ensuring that no user, administrator, or system integration can ever access another customer's data.
Isolated tenants
Whether in transit or at rest, Collectivity ensures every communication, document, database, backup, and audit log is fully encrypted using the latest encryption methods. Passwords are never stored, and customer-managed encryption keys keep you in control of rotation and access policies.

Collectivity uses Anthropic’s Claude through AWS Bedrock and Amazon Titan Text Embeddings for search and analysis. Customer prompts and conversations are never used to train foundation models, and AI responses are always tied to source documents to support review and auditability.

Each customer operates in a sealed tenant. Data cannot be exposed across customers through application endpoints, APIs, or administrative workflows.

Collectivity protects data in transit using TLS 1.3. AWS KMS protects documents, databases, embeddings, backups, and audit logs at rest. Customer-managed encryption keys are available on enterprise deployments.

Authentication runs through AWS Cognito. Access is role-gated, actions are attributable to specific users, and sensitive workflows remain visible through audit logging.

Auditability & Incident Response
Every significant action in Collectivity is recorded in an immutable audit log, including login activity, document access, AI usage, grievance status changes, and policy edits. Customers can review and export that history directly, without relying on engineering intervention.
If an incident occurs, Collectivity follows a documented response process covering detection, containment, assessment, notification, and documentation. This process is structured to support regulatory risk-assessment and downstream notification requirements.
Collectivity currently runs in AWS US regions, including Northern Virginia, Ohio, and Oregon, under written contractual protections that support compliant cross-border transfers. Collectivity’s AWS infrastructure supports international data-residency requirements for those clients who require it.
